IfTL Social Transformation was born in 2019 taking advantage of the experience acquired with the application of the IfTL Model in the Corporate and Healthcare world, with the mission of deepening the analysis of contemporary economic and social reality and contributing, in an active and practical way, to the creation of a better and different future that is inclusive and sustainable.

  • We collaborate with Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) in the professionalization and improvement of their internal processes to increase their efficiency and maximize their impact.
  • We contribute to enhance the relevance of the CSR departments leading their internal impact and improving the results obtained in the selected projects.
  • We foster alliances between companies and NPO in the creation, financing and implementation of joint projects.

Our Corporate Transformation model adapted to Social Transformation works with the Employers, Management Teams, Technical Staff, Volunteers and Beneficiaries offering a complete transformation cycle that aligns and drives the different groups that constitute the organization.
